Kate Mack Field of Flowers Halter Dress. This is the best dress. Lily has some from last year and she can still fit into them. Halter dress has the all signature Kate Mack embellishments ruffles, flowers and bows. Will be so cute on your little one for Spring and Summer. Comes in 12M, 18M,24M, 2T, 3T and 4T.
