abc's lower case flash cards

Wednesday, February 9, 2011

We are working with Lily, so that she will be able to better identify her lower case letters.
To make this fun for her I decided to make some colorful lower case flash cards.

I have added them to our Etsy Store for $5!

BE MINE VALENTINE!

These are Lily's Valentine's for her class this year. I found these darling Lollipops at Target for $1.99 and made these 3x3 gift tags to go on them. Easiest assembly ever just a little bit of double sided tape.

These tags are now in our Etsy Store (more stuff coming daily) for $5.
Want them personalized for another $5?
Email me at info@lilyslaundryboutiuqe.com

P.S. The Your has been corrected to You're...Seriously I have done that like 30 x's ;)

It's a Boy! Orange and Blue Baby Shower and Printables.

It's a Boy!

So cat's out of the bag... we are having a boy in only 7 weeks and 4 days...
And yes I am counting the days at this point.
I'm ready to see this little guy, be skinny again and have cocktail. * wink* wink*

Two of my dearest friends threw me the most thoughtful baby shower this past weekend.  Every detail was perfect and they were the best host.   They picked out the cutest invitation from Tiny Prints and I designed the printables to go around it.

When I walked in I was floored how cute it all was.
They did an amazing job and I felt so loved.

My friend Cosette made all the star cookies!
My friend Brittany made the darling diaper cake and all the food!

They are both so talented and I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work.
I love you guys! xoxo

Here are the pics and if you want the printables they are available in our Etsy Store!

Botanical Garden Party Theme.

Saturday, February 5, 2011

I have a running list of printables that "one day" I want to accomplish and this is one on the list.  I have a love of botanical prints.  I got my first pair, as a "vacation memory" from my parents when they took us on a trip to London in 1999.  I remember picking them out vividly.  They are now hanging in Claire's room.  I have also started a collection of "Lillies" for Lily.

So when I saw this party on Celebration at Home I was excited.  This party is for a 1 year old all the way in the Phillipines. I just think it is so beautiful.  What do you think?

Valentine's Day Cake Pops

Valentine's Day Bear Cake Pops

This came to my inbox last week and before I opened it I thought "Yeah, so cute! I will have to make these for Lily's class for Valentine's Day." I was thinking (before I saw the pics) they would be like cute little balls with icing and red and pink sprinkles. Wrong... They are even better then that.  Look at these darling little Bear Cake Pops from my favorite www.Bakerella.com

I don't think I will attempt this on my first "cake pop" experiment but I am determined one day to make a simple cake pop (i.e. a ball with icing and sprinkles *wink*wink*).  Thought you would enjoy a little "eye cake" this morning.   Click here to see how she does it ;)  Happy Cake Popping!

P.S. On a side note... I have had a couple people requests our Valentine's Day Printables but they have NOT left an email address...If you don't leave your email address I have no way of sending them to you ;(
