Changed Give-a-Way #2 to ALL followers

I played around with rules for give-a-way and I think the original ones were the best.  So I  changed the give-a-way rules for # 2 to all followers not just for new ones...and extended time till tomorrow at 6 PM.  Meant to do this earlier but we have been super sick around here...ahhhh...Hope this is better for everyone!
