Maya Wrap

Claire Suzanne loves to be held.  She never wants anyone to put her down. I would love to just sit and hold her all day because she is so sweet but sometimes things just need to get done.  I was in the grocery store and this lady had on this awesome sling, with  a 9 month baby, that was just chillin'. She told me it was called a Maya Wrap.
I checked out their website and bought one.  Goodness this thing is cool.  CS loves it and it doesn't hurt my back like the Baby Bjorn did.  They come in all colors and textures.  I got the Maya Wrap Ring Sling in Organic Sea Glass.  If you need a good sling, I "Fo Sho" recommend this one.

Day by day my blog starts to look better and still so much to do!?! Next thing learn how to add cool font to blog!  Going to learn from Kevin and Amanda...might take some time but I think I can do it. LOL!!! (Dad, this is my Visual Arts degree paying off! HAHA!)

New Bowls

Just thought this was a really pretty picture.  I found these bowls that would be great for snacks because they cannot break and can be sealed if everything is not eaten.

Fall. My favorite time of year.

I love this time of year.  It finally cools off.  College football is on.  Lots to do with Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  I bought some pumpkins and Maribel and the girls decorated them.  It was really cute.

Bows, Bows and More Bows

Ever since I was a little girl I have loved bows.  My mom never let me leave the house without one.  I think that's why I now have the same obsession with Lily wearing them (and soon Claire too, she just doesn't have any hair yet.)  Everyone always asks me where I find them so I wanted to share.

I Love Etsy...It is actually my newest, bestest friend.  I find the best stuff on there. I am going to do a whole post just on Etsy but for the bow segment I found Hairbow Depot.  Great bows, great prices.

A girlfriend of mine gave Lily the best gift.  It is the bow of the month club!  What a great gift idea, right?  Every month a new bow comes! LOVE IT! It is called Curly Q Hair Bows.

New Orleans

My husband and I went to New Orleans this weekend for the Florida vs LSU game.  We had a great time seeing all of our college friends.  While I was there I did a little shopping.  The shopping is great on Magazine Street.  If you are ever in NOLA check it out.  Two of my favorite stores were Pippen Lane and Angelique (the owner of this store was so sweet she got my sister and me a taxi.)  I bought some winter stuff for the girls because we will be traveling a lot this fall and they need warm clothing.  Here what I found them....
